I’ve worked with FloorCraft on several occasions and I can tell you working with them is a breath of fresh air; meaning I can trust them to do what they say from the beginning to the end of the project. On a couple occasions the flooring material did not look like the sample material. Instead of just throwing it down and it being my tough luck, the project manager Jay had the presence of mind to stop the project and call me in; losing a day’s work so I could pick out new material. Mike worked very hard with me to find the right material that was in stock and got it ordered right away. Everything that is done is of the utmost quality from the quote to how things are crafted (much thought is put into how things are laid out). The integrity of everyone I worked with is what keeps me coming back. I cannot recommend them enough.
