Custom Rugs – Design your own hand-tufted and woven area rugs from the finest wool/silk. Custom handmade to your specifications.

Rug Fabrication – Simply turn any carpet/broadloom from our showroom into your own custom area rug with our onsite fabrication services, including binding, serging, cotton canvas, custom borders, attached backing, odd shapes and sizes, and hand carving and beveling. Have an old rug that needs to be cut down to a smaller size? We can do that.

Specialty Hardwoods – Solid, engineered, quarter-sawn, select, rustic, custom lengths and widths, oil and polyurethane finish, hand scraped, wire brushed, smoked. If you can’t find it, we can make it.

Showroom Consultation – We meet you in our showroom with our professional to help select the right materials and answer any questions. Over 4,000 square feet of space devoted to samples.

Provide Samples – Order complimentary samples of any flooring we sell, or you take some samples home for a few days.

Conducts Field Measure – Diagram and measure all areas needed and provide a detailed proposal including all materials and labor needed to complete the job. This is a perfect time to answer your questions about any jobsite specifics or special circumstances that need attention.

Order & Deliver Materials – All materials are shipped to our own warehouse, and are stored here until your installation date.

Coordinate and schedule the work - In this business, we know how tricky scheduling of construction can be, so we take special care to insure all trades are considered.

FloorCraft Warranty – Our labor guarantee - if anything goes wrong with your new flooring within a year that is installation related, we will fix the problem at no cost to you.
