- Meets you in our showroom with our flooring professional to help select the right materials and answer any questions.
- Provides samples of any flooring we sell (we can loan samples from our showroom).
- Orders materials, tracks delivery, and stores all materials at our warehouse until your installation date.
- Coordinates and schedules all installations (in this business, we know how tricky scheduling of construction can be, so we take special care to insure all trades are considered.
- Employs experienced in-house labor crews to provide a top notch installation every time.
- Reacts promptly to any special requests or jobsite hiccups that might arise.

In addition, FloorCraft offers an installation guarantee… if anything goes wrong with your new flooring within one year, and is determined to be installation related, we will repair or fix the problem at no cost to you.
